The conference was so exciting, informative and spiritual. It was free to all in attendance including chapter members. We had 238 in attendance, 20 committee members and 4 Vendors. The guest in attendance were from local shelters, churches, community programs, friends, family and Sorors. We had over 120 door prizes to give away to our community attendees. They ranged from a night at the Embassy Suite, perfume baskets from Dillard’s Department Store, Baskets from Bath and Body Works, Jones and Son’s Fine jewelry, Local restaurants, Candy baskets by Carol and Linda Bealer and from the Women’s Conference committee. Our lunch was provided by Chick- Fil-A as a co- sponsor. The conference Chairperson, Jannie Cotton, Co-chairpersons, Dr. Estelle Rutledge and Rosalyn-Perkins Booth would like to thank the committee members who did an excellent job planning and executing a successful conference. A special thank you to all attendees, vendors, participants and sponsors. Our attendees requested that we extend the conference to a 2 day event because so many lives were touched that day and throughout the three years. Women need encouragement daily and need to stay informed of current issues that affect their daily lives. We applaud and salute The Little Rock Alumnae Chapter for a job well done. We are truly Women of Excellence.
